Where is my order?

We know you're excited to receive your retro kit — here's how to find your tracking information.

Step 1 — Check your order confirmation email

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email from us containing your tracking number and a direct link to your carrier's tracking page.

Step 2 — Sign in to your account

If you have a Retro Footie account, you can view your live order status at any time by signing in and navigating to My Orders. Your carrier tracking link will appear there once your order has been fulfilled.

Step 3 — Visit your carrier's tracking page

We ship using Royal Mail and USPS, depending on your delivery address. Use your tracking number to follow your parcel directly on their websites:

Tracking numbers are sent once your order has been packed and handed to the carrier. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our team and we'll look into it for you.

Please do not share your order number, email address, or personal details in any public form or comments section. Our support team will ask for these details securely when you reach out directly.
